The factors for which Google Penalize a site are given below:

Other Factors Which Led to Google Penalization are:

2) Cloaking by User Agent (Robot.txt)
3) Links to the page from Web Spam sites.
4) Excessive amount of links (domain name) registered with same email.
5) Frequent Server Down time.
6) Using extremely long title tag.
7) Excessive long permalink (www.abc.com/anything/seo-case-study-to-know-that-will-destruct-your-site-in-2015) - Keep it short.
